How do I save my invoice as a PDF?
Click “Print / Save as PDF”. Your browser's print dialog opens with only the invoice visible — everything else on the page is hidden by a print stylesheet. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination and you get a clean, watermark-free PDF ready to email.
Is my invoice data stored anywhere?
No. The whole invoice is built in your browser and nothing is sent to or saved on any server. That also means the data disappears when you close the tab — save your PDF before you leave the page.
What should a proper invoice include?
At minimum: your business name and contact details, the client's name, a unique invoice number, the issue date, a due date, a clear description of each item with quantity and rate, any tax, the total due and your payment terms. This generator covers all of them — fill in every field and you have a legally sensible invoice in most jurisdictions.
