Payment

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or completion. Recurring services (hosting, care plans, SEO) are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the website code and content we create for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that delivered work will function as specified at handover and will fix covered defects promptly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific search-ranking positions, as these are controlled by third parties.
