How do I add the signature to Gmail or Outlook?
In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, then paste. In Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, then paste. In most clients you can paste the rendered preview directly; clients with an HTML/source mode accept the copied markup as-is.
Why is the signature built with tables instead of modern CSS?
Email clients — especially Outlook — ignore most modern CSS like flexbox and grid. Table-based layout with inline styles is the only approach that renders consistently across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile apps, which is exactly what this tool generates.
How should I host my logo image?
Paste a public HTTPS URL to a logo already hosted on your website (for example https://yoursite.com/logo.png). Email signatures cannot embed image files directly, so the image must stay online at that URL — if it moves, the logo breaks in past emails too.
