Local Web Advisor provides web design, web development, SEO, hosting and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for each project are agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Full payment is typically due upon completion and approval of the project before final delivery of files or launch of the website.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and approvals within agreed timescales. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and additional charges may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom design and code created for their project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, APIs or services (e.g. payment gateways, hosting infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of such third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Web Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
